Wonderful and inspiring visit to Our Lady of Good Council school to present a €500 cheque on monies collected from our recent 'Donie Hegarty' Puc Fada event. Fantastic to see so many happy faces amonsgt the children and the staff. We also received a wonderful tour of the facilities including the sensory rooms and the sensory garden.

Donie gave so much of his time volunteering to Ballincollig GAA Club serving on several committee roles from Juvenile to Senior including Chairperson of the Juvenile committee, hearings committee and fundraising groups. He was part of numerous selection management teams including with 2018 Intermediate County Hurling winning team. At Christmas he was the Clubs goto man too!

In additional Donie gave lots of his time supporting Our Lady Of Good Council school so it was fitting his family (Geraldine & Donie Junior includied in photo) were happy for the donation to be used in this way.
