1.       One hundred and twenty-three Ballincollig GAA members applied for tickets to the upcoming MSHC.  Ballincollig GAA were hopeful that we would be able to meet everyone's ticket request.   

2.       Last evening (Mar 31st) Cork GAA sent notice to us that we DID NOT RECEIVE our full allocation of tickets requested. "Due to phenomenal demand for tickets, club orders have had to be significantly reduced."  

3.       However we did receive the MAXIMUM allocation of tickets (100 per match) along with only 2 other clubs across the county

4.       We therefore will receive codes for 400 tickets spread equally across the four matches (100 per match), which is significantly less than what our members had requested. To allow as many members to receive tickets as possible, we have reduced the maximum number of tickets available to each member to 2 per game.

5.       A member's draw was completed (results below) for the following matches to allocate tickets. 

6.       Each member was assigned a number from 1-123 based upon the sequence that person entered their request and a random number generator was used to select numbers – verified by 2 Executive officers.

7.       Once these draws were completed, any member who had not been successful in the draws and was requesting a ticket for the Waterford game, was automatically assigned 2 tickets allocation.   This made sure that EVERY member who applied for tickets would get tickets for at least one match
The remaining Waterford tickets were then drawn across all members.

8.       The table below lists what tickets each member has been allocated. 

9.       Cork GAA have informed us that the Ticketmaster Links / Codes will be sent to us early next week.  We would then intend to send them to individual members before the end of next week.

For Members, who require additional tickets we encourage you to purchase tickets via the general sale at 12 noon on Wednesday, April 2nd.  There will be a limited number of tickets available in this public sale.
